- We process your personal data due to your participation in the Conference NBC 2025 & PCBBE 2025.
- The following personal data will be processed: forename and surname, affiliation, e-mail address and image immortalized during the conferences
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization
- Your personal data will be stored for two years after the end of the conferences, unless a longer period of data storage results from the law.
- At any time, you have the right to access your personal data, the right to request correction, deletion or limitation of processing of such data and the right to transfer data.
- For reasons related to your special situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your data, without giving any reason, you are entitled to object when data is used for direct marketing or monitoring purposes.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when you feel that the processing of your personal data is contrary to the law.
- Providing personal data is required in connection with participation in the conferences. Providing data is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to attend the conferences.
- Your data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.
- The Organizer informs that the event may be documented photographically, and the materials distributed free of charge in the media for promotional purposes. Any images of participants recorded during the creation of the material will be distributed based on art. 81 sec. 2 of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights.
