The Institute is located at the corner of Księcia Trojdena Street and Pawińskiego Street. The main entrance to the Institute is located at Pawińskiego Street and the entrance to the paid parking is located at Księcia Trojdena Street (behind the barrier). Detailed Accessibility Description of the Conference Venue (IBIB PAN Conference Center)

The conference will be held at IBIB PAN Conference Center, 4 Księcia Trojdena Street, Warsaw, Poland.

Overall Location and Access

The main pedestrian entrance is located on Adolfa Pawińskiego Street (on the left side of the map).
The vehicle entrance (with a gate for cars) is located on Księcia Trojdena Street (at the bottom of the map), but this entrance can also be used by pedestrians.

Route Through the Venue (Step by Step)

  1. Enter through main pedestrian entrance (Adolfa Pawińskiego Street).
    • The Registration Desk is directly on your left side after entering.
  2. Continuing down the main corridor:
    • Restrooms (men’s and women’s, both with accessible cabins) are located at the end of this corridor on the left side.
  3. Further down this corridor, on the right side, you will reach Lecture Hall A.
  4. To the left, there is a patio that directly leads to the Poster and Lunch Area in the exhibition space.
  5. Continuing forward down the corridor past Lecture Hall A, additional restrooms are located on the right side.
  6. At the end of this corridor, there is another exit directly to the parking area (side of Księcia Trojdena Street).
  7. After these restrooms, a new corridor branches off to the left — Lecture Hall C is located directly to the right side of this corridor.
  8. Continuing further down, at the very end, there are steps down (3 steps) into the exhibition space.
  9. To the left upon descending, you enter the Poster and Lunch Area, where poster boards are displayed alongside space for catering.
  10. Shortly after entering this space, a staircase on the left side descends further toward Lecture Hall B in the basement.
  11. The entrance to Lecture Hall B is from the side of the stage; seats are accessed by descending a few additional steps.
  12. Continuing past Lecture Hall B and turning left, you will find additional restrooms.

Route from Entrance to Each Main Room Individually:

✅ To Registration Desk:

  • Enter through main pedestrian entrance (Adolfa Pawińskiego Street).
  • The registration desk is directly to your left.

✅ To Lecture Hall A:

  • Enter through main pedestrian entrance.
  • Continue down main corridor, turn right at the end; Lecture Hall A is on your right side in the middle of the corridor.

✅ To Lecture Hall C:

  • Enter through main pedestrian entrance.
  • At the and of the main corridor turn right and continue down this corridor.
  • After restrooms, a corridor to the left will lead you directly to Lecture Hall C on your right side.

✅ To Poster and Lunch Area (Exhibition Space):

  • Enter through main pedestrian entrance.
  • Continue down main corridor, turn right at the end..
  • In the middle of the corridor turn left at patio; this directly enters the Poster and Lunch Area.

✅ To Lecture Hall B (Basement):

  • Enter through main pedestrian entrance.
  • Continue down main corridor, turn right at the end and continue down this corridor.
  • After restrooms, a corridor turn left and continue to the end of the corridor.
  • At the very end, there are steps down (3 steps) into the exhibition space.
  • To the left upon descending, you enter the Poster and Lunch Area
  • Shortly after entering this space, a staircase on the left side descends further toward Lecture Hall B in the basement.
  • Lecture Hall B is directly underneath the poster area.

Restrooms (WC)

  • Restrooms (men’s and women’s) are located:
    • At the end of the main corridor after entrance.(with accessible cabins)
    • On the right side after Lecture Hall A.
    • Later at the basement level after descending toward Lecture Hall B.

Additional Notes:

An elevator is available to aid in accessing the basement; this should be requested during registration in order to receive a pass and a marked route.

All main spaces are connected by wide hallways and doors, allowing for easy movement for people with reduced mobility.


Official Language

English will be the official language of the Congress.

No parallel translation will be provided.


Registration and Information During the Congress

Delegates are kindly requested to register at the Central Reception located in the Congress venue at the Nalecz Institute of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering Polish Academy of Sciences, at the beginning of the Conference. Participants will be able to collect their badge and Conference documentation. Central Reception will be open at the following hours:
