By Air
The Conference Venue is 5 km away from Warsaw Chopin Airport “Okęcie”. It can be reached from Warsaw Chopin Airport by taxi (cost 35-50 Polish Złoty) or by bus no. 175 (the bus stop is located in front of the arrivals hall). A bus ticket for 20 min costs 3.40 Polish Złoty and for 75 min – 4.40 Polish Złoty. It is advisable to buy a ticket before getting to a bus because ticket machines are not present in all the buses. Usually the 20 min ticket is enough if there is no heavy traffic. You should get off the bus at UNIWERSYTET MEDYCZNY 02 stop, cross Żwirki i Wigury street and walk 600 m to the West along Księcia Trojdena street. Congress Venue is the last group of buildings on the right just at the corner of Księcia Trojdena street and Adolfa Pawińskiego street. Taxi (cost 35-70 Polish Złoty) and bus no. 175 (75 min ticket is required) can be also used to get to the center of the city. There is also a railway connection from Warsaw Chopin Airport “Okęcie” to Warsaw Central Railway Station (Warszawa Centralna).
By Rail
Warsaw Central Railway Station (Warszawa Centralna) is located in the city center at 54 Jerozolimskie Avenue (Aleje Jerozolimskie). Conference Venue can be reached from Warsaw Central Railway Station by taxi
(cost 25-40 Polish Złoty).
By Road
For those traveling from the West, North or South, Warsaw can be reached by car using A2 highway and then S2 Warsaw beltway. You should head to the South (towards Kraków), take Aleja Krakowska exit, turn left onto Krakowska Avenue (Aleja Krakowska) towards city center, after 5 km turn right onto Karola Dickensa street, after 300 m turn left onto Adolfa Pawińskiego street, after 300 m turn right onto Księcia Trojdena street and then after 100 m turn left into the first gate to the paid parking lot in front of the Conference Venue.
