1 IFMBE members, i.e. paid members of the IFMBE member societies have to provide a proof of membership in order to be eligible for the IFMBE Members fee during registration.
2 Students have to provide proof of their status from their respective university or institute during registration.
3 Dinner is a surcharge only for One Day fee since it is not included in the fee.
For all regular full registrations, dinner is included in the fee.
Additional Abstracts/Papers
Two papers per delegate are included in the delegate registration. Third and any consecutive paper are charged at the rate specified below.

What’s included in registration fee
Delegate and Student Registration fee includes: up to two submissions (papers / abstracts), admittance to all the scientific sessions, conference kit, coffee breaks, working lunches, welcome reception, and conference dinner (except One Day fee).
Accompanying Person fee includes: welcome reception, conference dinner, guided tour of Warsaw.
Cancellation Policy
If in case of force majeure the conference needs to be cancelled we will refund 80 % of the paid registration fee.
In case of cancellation by the participant, 80 % of the paid registration fee is returned if cancelled by April 30, 2024. After this date, a refund is possible on a case-to-case basis.
Registrations remain valid if the event has to be postponed.
The conference program may be subject to change.
