1<\/sup><\/em> IFMBE members, i.e. paid members of the IFMBE member societies have to provide a proof of membership in order to be eligible for the IFMBE Members fee during registration.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2<\/sup><\/em> Students have to provide proof of their status from their respective university or institute during registration.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For all regular full registrations, dinner is included in the fee.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two papers per delegate are included in the delegate registration. Third and any consecutive paper are charged at the rate specified below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s included in registration fee<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Delegate and Student Registration fee includes: <\/strong>up to two submissions (papers \/ abstracts), admittance to all the scientific sessions, conference kit, coffee breaks, working lunches, welcome reception, and conference dinner (except One Day fee).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accompanying Person fee includes:<\/strong> welcome reception, conference dinner, guided tour of Warsaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

If in case of force majeure the conference needs to be cancelled we will refund 80 % of the paid registration fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of cancellation by the participant, 80 % of the paid registration fee is returned if cancelled by April 30, 2025. After this date, a refund is possible on a case-to-case basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registrations remain valid if the event has to be postponed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference program may be subject to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
