To allow time for Questions &amp; Answers, the presentation itself should not exceed <strong>12 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that deviations from the standard 15-minute format may occur, particularly in Special Symposia. Presenters are advised to consult the <strong>Program<\/strong> to confirm the duration of their specific presentation and to follow the instructions of the session chairperson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strict adherence to the allotted time is required<\/strong> for all speakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presentation Setup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each lecture room will be equipped with a computer connected to a beam projector and running PowerPoint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slides must be prepared in <strong>16:9 format<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentations should be uploaded in the <strong>Slide Room<\/strong> at least <strong>one hour<\/strong> before the start of the session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presenters are responsible for verifying that their slides display correctly and have been successfully transferred to the appropriate lecture hall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Personal laptops cannot be connected in the lecture halls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INSTRUCTIONS FOR RAPID FIRE POSTER PRESENTATIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each poster presentation consists of two components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oral Rapid Fire Presentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poster display in the Poster Area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oral Rapid Fire Presentation<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Before discussing posters at the Poster Area, a brief oral presentation (2 minutes per poster, using 1\u20132 PowerPoint slides in 16:9 format) will be held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Date &amp; Time<\/strong>: Tuesday, June 17, 2025, from 14:30 to 15:20<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Lecture Hall A and Lecture Hall B\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Presenting authors are kindly asked to check the Program for<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The number assigned to their poster<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The corresponding Rapid Fire session<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PowerPoint presentations must be uploaded in the Slide Room <strong>at least one hour<\/strong> before the session begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poster Preparation and Display<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Poster Format:<\/strong> A0 size (85 cm wide x 119 cm high), portrait orientation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Font Size:<\/strong> All text should be large enough to read easily \u2013 letters should be no smaller than 1 cm in height<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mounting Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posters must be mounted by <strong>10:00 on Monday, June 16, 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure your poster is displayed at the board with the correct number, as listed in the program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fixing materials will be provided, and onsite staff will be available to assist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Author Availability:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presenting authors are requested to be available at their posters during coffee and lunch breaks to engage with conference participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Removal:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posters must be taken down <strong>after 17:00 on Wednesday, June 18, 2025<\/strong>.
